By accessing and using InvoiceApp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Program

InvoiceApp is currently in beta testing. By participating in the beta program:

  • You acknowledge the Service may contain bugs or incomplete features
  • You agree to provide feedback and report issues
  • You understand features and pricing may change
  • You accept that the Service is provided "as is" during beta

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or spam

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. When we launch paid plans:

  • Beta users will receive special pricing (grandfather pricing)
  • Prices will be clearly communicated before charging
  • Billing will be on a subscription basis
  • You can cancel at any time
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind:

  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content
  • We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service
  • You use the Service at your own risk

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoiceApp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
